We are pleased to welcome you to Sliema Boys’ Junior Lyceum website. Our intention is to provide a valuable source of information to our students, parents/guardians and others who are interested in the running and organisation of our school. The school objectives and the action plans to which we are committed are herewith presented as it is our pride and pleasure to communicate our good practices.
We are a Junior Lyceum for Form One boys and we have ten classes which are set according to their language and subject options. The mission statement which is developed in the school action plans aims at achieving a holistic curriculum. This is achieved through enjoyment in learning which goes together with a variety of recreative activities enthusiastically followed by our students.
The administration and staff share the same ethos: we try hard to meet the different needs of our students be they accademical, emotional, social or physical. We do our best for our students to achieve the maximum of their potential during their one year stay with us. May this short scholastic experience at Sliema Junior Lyceum serve as a strong foundation on which to build their further studies.
